Over the last several years, the Center for Sales Leadership conducts a Business Symposium for firms who come from all over the country to learn the latest trends in talent identification, recruiting techniques, hiring selection processes, training programs, motivation, compensation, management and performance benchmarking.

Millenium Sales Organizations
Focused on the latest academic research in student attitudes toward sales learning and careers, how today’s entry level sales hires are very different from prior generations and how companies can better manage the quality of incoming sales recruits.

Leadership in Sales Organizations
Provided insight into how to develop strong managers, communicate vision and knowledge of how the Sales Leadership Program at DePaul can improve the quality of sales organizations.

September, 2006
Leveraging Sales Performance
Addressed concerns regarding the skill level of sales organization needed to identify a continuing pipeline of business and their ability to execute against that opportunity to increase sales. Exposed attendees to a number of key new technological tools to assist in that business process - real technology from real companies.
